The prepreg forged carbon fiber fuel cap set is made in Italy in our atelier with the best composite materials to improve the aerodynamics and enhance the high-speed stability.
RSI c6 carbon fiber car components are developed by scanning the original OEM curves and redesigning them with reverse engineering to create our unique collection.
The prepreg forged carbon fiber guarantees a long product life due to the autoclave cured prepreg resins which require long cure times and therefore allow for a longer life of the material. Moreover, the pressure / vacuum process of autoclave curing ensures an almost perfect surface finish.
The forged carbon fiber fuel cap set is available in two finishes: Gloss and Matt.

FITTING INFORMATION
Our fuel cap is plug and play, it replaces the original in both parts.
To install it you have to remove the original parts, the outer crown will be bolted with the original bolts, the central part must be installed with 3M glue or double-sided tape (We suggest putting several layers of double-sided adhesive on the central part in order to reduce the gap between the carbon part and the original plastic)
