SHIPPING POLICY

1. Courier Services Used for Deliveries

We primarily employ TNT, DHL, or UPS, depending on your location. In some instances, alternative couriers may be used at our discretion.

2. Order Dispatch Timeframes

Orders with in-stock items are dispatched within 3-4 business days post payment receipt. For items needing manufacturing, dispatch may take up to 30 business days, extending to 40/45 days during holiday periods or with product with particular request as leaf or custom stickers.

Orders with in-stock items are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days after receiving your full payment. However, please be aware that during discount campaigns, the dispatch time may increase due to higher order volumes.

For items that need to be manufactured, dispatch may take up to 30 business days, excluding national and international holidays, and a two-week period in August, as well as from December 23rd to January 6th. The 30-day timeframe may extend to 40/45 business days if the order is received during these specified periods.

From when you receive the tracking number to when the tracking works it could take around 48/72 working hours as we rely on a logistics company to ship your orders and guarantee greater safety in shipments.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Within Italy: TNT (1-2 business days); DHL (EU: 3-4 days); UPS (outside EU: 4-5 days). Note: These are estimates and actual times may vary.

4. Global Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping. During checkout, select your country and input your address.

5. Shipping Charges

Available in the shopping cart; select your country for an estimated charge. Final costs are confirmed in the order confirmation email.

The option "Add to my pending order" is only for order that haven't yet been shipped at the time of the new order. 

6. Shipping Insurance

Choose between standard delivery and insured delivery. Insurance covers total loss or damage; without insurance, coverage is limited to 1 euro per kilogram/gross weight.

7. VAT and Customs Duties

VAT applies to EU countries (22%). Non-EU sales are exempt from VAT but subject to customs duties, payable by the customer.

RETURNS & ORDER CANCELLATION

1. Return Policy 

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided items are in original condition. "SPECIAL OFFER LAST ONE," "OUTLET," and customized products are non-returnable.

2. Initiating a Return

Email us to begin the return process. Items must be undamaged, uninstalled, and in original shape for eligibility.

3. Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping

Customers bear return shipping costs. RSI c6 does not cover these expenses under any circumstances.

4. Refund Eligibility

Upon return inspection, eligible items will be refunded. Note: We reserve the right to refuse a refund for damaged, installed, or deformed items.

5. Cancellation Policy

For cancellations before shipping please contact us immediately. In cases not dependent on the undersigned company, the reimbursement could be made with the issue of a shopping voucher. Cancellations after shipment may incur charges.
