PRODUCT INFORMATION
Where are the products manufactured?
Here at RSI c6 we handcrafted our carbon fiber and fiberglass products in Italy. For the rest of products we are licensed stockists.
How do I check if an item is in stock?
If an item is available to order online this means the item is in stock. However, from time to time and with some of our more popular items, due to the high rate of sales, there may be some disparity. We will inform you as soon as possible, via email, if a product is out of stock.
Are the pictures shown on the site a precise representation of the actual product?
We put a great effort into the photography process to ensure the quality of the images but please be aware that they are only representative.
How do I install the product?
We reccomend to install the items at a professional workshop. RSI c6 is not responsible for the damage of items if not properly installed.
Can I request bespoke customizations?
Each request for bespoke customization is evaluated by our sales team. Contact us through our website contact form or by email.

Which methods of payment can I use?
You can pay using any of the following methods: Bank transfer, Debit or Credit Cards and Paypal.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We currently accept the following credit cards on www.rsic6.com: VISA, Mastercard, V Pay, Maestro, Masterpass and Appe Pay.
When will I be carged for my order?
The full cost of your order will be charged to your card as soon as the order has been confirmed by RSI c6.
How do online payments via bank transfer work?
You complete the checkout process and elects to pay via bank transfer. We provide you with the bank account details and the payment must be instructed and received by RSI c6 before the dispatch of the items.
PRICING & BILLING
Do I have to pay customs and import charges if I live outside the EU?
Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges applicable on the importation of any of RSI c6 items are the full responsibility of the recipient of the parcel as well as brokerage fees.
Do prices include or exclude taxes?
All published prices exclude VAT and will be added where applicable. The correct price should automatically be calculated based on your location. In general, you only have to pay taxes if you are located in Italy.
How do I obtain a copy of invoice/receipt?
Invoice/receipt is placed in the parcel. If the document is missing or lost, you can request it by writing to info@rsic6.com

What do we offer our dealers?
We reserve special prices for our dealers. Contact us via e-mail at info@rsic6.com and we will send you our dealer price list.
Why do we recommend contacting one of our dealers?
We do appreciate the cooperation with our dealers and we suggest our customers to contact a local professional for the assembly of our items. On our site the dealers page shows a map where our customers can find the nearest RSI c6 dealers.
